I forgot to share the pic of the shoe I got. The lighting and the phone cam doesn't do it justice, (it's more satiny-mustardy-goldy than pale in person) but believe me, it's really nice and fab and a feel-gooder!

Here it is:

The price is good too at $ 39.99, still cheaper than the one I ordered online. I'll find out tomorrow if I'm returning that one.

This one's a keeper and that's FO SHOOOOOO!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of The Men Pen. All opinions are 100% mine.

I've always wondered and actually told hubby that they should invent mens makeup so men will understand how much effort and time it really takes to look good and get so glammed up. I always say this because everytime we need to go to a party or a social event, I have to start earlier and of course I end up finishing later than hubby who only needs to take a shower, shake off the water, slip into shirt, pants and shoes. He understands but always forgets that it really takes a while to put it all on... and take it all off before hitting the sack.

I was jumping up and down when I found out that a mere wish has turned to reality when I heard about the advent of mens cosmetics like finally, they will know how it feels, and realize all the trouble we go through in order to look good.

Men must also look presentable and good, most especially on special occasions. The main point of these cosmetics is not to really put a cake on their face, darken eye lids, curl lashes and the whole nine yards. It is basically to help men achieve a certain level of flawlessness especially if they are trying to hide some imperfections. "The Men Pen" comes in about 17 different shades too! And can cover unsightly blemishes like acne, scars, moles, redness, rough spots, and other blotches. Thereby improving their confidence and making men look better in general especially for special events like prom, meetings, clubbing, etc.

Inconceivable? Here's the proof:

Hmmmm... Flawless men, anyone?

Here's the tricky part.

I ordered shoes online, not exactly the perfect pair that suits my taste but really fab anyways. It's that pair of leopard print stiletto pumps, pointy but no platform in the front as I have wanted.

Then I went around shopping on wifey's day off (hubby and I have days off from each other at least once every 3 months), and hubby told me I could buy some stuff I need like a pair of shorts for summer and whatever catches my fancy. The thing is, my eyes landed on this perfect pair of shoes. Leopard print, platform on the front, high stilettos. I just had to get it. And the shoes I ordered online is arriving tomorrow.

I've got to return at least one of them.

For all we know, the online shoes won't fit right. That should solve my dilemma.

Til tomorrow...

A friend forwarded this to me.

Everyone should take 5 minutes to read this. It may save your life or a loved one's life.

In daylight hours, refresh yourself
of these things to do
in an emergency situation...
This is for you,
and for you to share
with your wife,
your children,
everyone you know.
After reading these 9 crucial tips,
forward them to someone you care about.
It never hurts to be careful
in this crazy world we live in.

1.
Tip from Tae Kwon Do :
The elbow
is the strongest point
on your body.
If you are close enough to use it, do!

2..
Learned this from a tourist guide.
If a robber asks
for your wallet and/or purse,
DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM.
Toss it away from you....
Chances are
that he is more interested
in your wallet and/or purse
than you,
and he will go
for the wallet/purse.
RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!
3. If you are ever thrown
into the trunk of a car,
kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole
and start waving like crazy..
The driver won't see you,
but everybody else will.
This has saved lives.
4. Women have a tendency
to get into their cars
after shopping, eating, working, etc.,
and just sit
(doing their chequebook, or making a list, etc.
DON'T DO THIS!)
The predator
will be watching you, and this
is the perfect opportunity for him to get in
on the passenger side,
put a gun to your head,
and tell you where to go.
AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR ,
LOCK THE DOORS AND LEAVE..

If someone

is in the car
with a gun
to your head
DO NOT DRIVE OFF,
Repeat:
DO NOT DRIVE OFF!
Instead gun the engine
and speed into anything,
wrecking the car.
Your Air Bag will save you.
If the person is
in the back seat
they will get the worst of it .
As soon as the car crashes
bail out and run.
It is better than having them
find your body
in a remote location.
5. A few notes about getting
into your car in a parking lot,
or parking garage:
A.) Be aware:
look around you,
look into your car,
at the passenger side floor ,
and in the back seat.
B.) If you are parked next to a big van,
enter your car from the passenger door.
Most serial killers attack their victims
by pulling them into their vans while the women
are attempting to get into their cars.
C.) Look at the car
parked on the driver's side
of your vehicle,
and the passenger side...
If a male is sitting alone
in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back
into the mall, or work,
and get a
guard/policeman
to walk you back out.
IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)
6. ALWAYS
take the elevator
instead of the stairs.
Stairwells are horrible places to be alone
and the perfect crime spot.
This is especially true at NIGHT!)
7. If the predator has a gun
and you are not under his control,
ALWAYS RUN!
The predator will only hit you (a running target)
4 in 100 times;
and even then,
it most likely
WILL NOT be a vital organ.
RUN,
Preferably in a zig -zag pattern!
8. As women,
we are always trying
to be sympathetic:
STOP
It may get you raped,
or killed.
Ted Bundy,
the serial killer, was a good-looking,
well educated man,
who ALWAYS played
on the sympathies
of unsuspecting women.
He walked with a cane,
or a limp, and often
asked
'for help' into his vehicle or with his vehicle,
which is when he abducted

his next victim.

9. Another Safety Point:
Someone just told me
that her friend heard
a crying baby on her porch
the night before last,
and she called the police
because it was late
and she thought it was weird.. The police told her
'Whatever you do,
DO NOT
open the door..'
The lady
then said that it sounded like the baby
had crawled near a window,
and she was worried
that it would crawl
to the street and get run over.
The policeman said,
'We already have a unit on the way,
whatever you do,
DO NOT open the door.'
He told her that they think
a serial killer
has a baby's cry recorded
and uses it to coax
women out of their homes
thinking that someone
dropped off a baby.. He said they have not verified it,
but have had several calls
by women saying that
they hear baby's cries
outside their doors
when they're home alone
at night.

10. Water scam!
If you wake up in the middle
of the night to hear all your taps outside running or what you think is a
burst pipe, DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE! These people turn on all your
outside taps full ball so that you will go out to investigate and
then attack.

Stay alert, keep safe, and look out for your neighbours!

Please pass this on
This
e-mail should probably be taken seriously because
the Crying Baby Theory
was mentioned on
America 's Most Wanted
when they profiled
the serial killer in Louisiana

I'd like you
to forward this to all the women you know.
It may save a life.
A candle is not dimmed by lighting another candle..
I was going to send this to the ladies only,
but guys,
if you love your mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, etc.,
you may want to
pass it onto them, as well.

Send this
to any woman you know that may need
to be reminded
that the world we live in has a lot of crazies in it
and it's better to be safe
than sorry..
Everyone should take 5 minutes to read this. It may save your life or
a loved one's life

I'm watching Dr. Oz while waiting for the hubs to come home. And blog while doing so, of course. How many among you watch Dr. Oz? I am slowly getting enamored to the doc. Aside from professional showmanship (and the bonus gift of gab), plus providing really useful health information, he exhibits compassion to the audience/patients. Like he is really in the moment, listening to health woes, and showing genuine concern. And with a charming face and personality to boot (I just get bothered by the ears, sorry!).

I wish all doctors are like that. I wish my health care provider was like him! I wish all health care providers were like him and I mean being after your own welfare and making sure that you get the best service that you deserve. That includes being able to afford what is necessary for you health, body and life.

Take eyeglasses for instance. We can now purchase our own eyeglasses online such as Zenni: the #1 online eyeglasses store, all we need is the PD information which is a necessary measurement in perfect eyeglass fitment. It is the distance between the pupils of your eyes, center to center, in millimeters. Sadly though, most of the time, Opticians don't want give you PD data. Your hands are tied and you cannot buy less expensive (read: more affordable during the economic cruch) quality eyeglasses on your own. Opticians keep you away from ZenniOpt. And so now you are obliged to get the less affordable ones, and hurt.

What happens when finances are really tight and you need to count every penny? Whatever happened to compassion?

I wish opticians are like Dr.Oz.

I finally found a pic of the pair of shoes I like. Here it is:It's called the Steve Madden Rummble. (I think the difference between this and the Shooter is the platform on the front sole.

Anyhoozens, while I've got my nose stuck on the laptop looking for the best pair of leopard shoes in terms of style, comfort and price...the hubs is busy looking for reputable Moving Companies that he can make use of because he has a garage full of stuff at his late parents' house and since his sister and family have pretty much taken over the house, he feels that he needs to move his things over to our house (aww poor house). He has two motorcycles, one dirt bike and the other one--uhm, don't ask me, I don't know anything about them. There is also a truckload of tires, odds and ends and other auto parts which he has collected through the years of his career in automotive technology. We should be able to make money out of that!

But before the remaining 30% of our move (70% pretty much done when we moved in '08), we need check out the remaining storage space that we can free up in order to house hubby's miscellaneous stuff.

This Saturday, I hope that we'll be able to find time to buy overhead racks at Home Depot so we can maximize our garage space. We also need to pick up that much longed-for shed which I promised to give hubby in one of those special occasions -- though we never had the time to really pick one that we like and haul it to the assigned corner, the left pocket of our backyard.

I get a headache just thinking about what else we need to do surrounding the plans to haul hubby's stuff.

Thinking about shoes seems a less stressful thing at this time.

So, Christian Louboutin, BCBG or Steve Madden Leopard high-heeled pumps? I say the picture above.

I got home from the batting cages with the hubs. It's been a long time since I hit balls with him and I'm terribly sore. When we got home, we had a quick dinner and then set out for a 4-mile brisk walk to the beach just in time to see the sunset.

Hopefully this is the start of a more active lifestyle for us after we've pretty much vegetated as soon as we moved to our new house, which is not so new anymore at this time. It's been a year and a half.

I'm now excited to unearth some of my smaller sized clothes in time for summer.

And I'm totally lusting for a new pair of high heels (not just for summer). The leopard print ones that look so good with anything (jeans or non-jeans). I'm thinking Christian Louboutin shoes, but it's pretty expensive. I'll probably settle for the Steve Maddens Shooterr which is comparable. I wish I can post a pic here, but I'm in a hurry.

I'll be back!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of goviral. All opinions are 100% mine.

I don't know about you, but I'm about to ask you if you prefer the left bar or the right bar? Or better yet, before I ask you that....

Are you a chocoholic? And if you are...

Have you heard the Wispa yet?

If you haven't yet, then don't come marching around as if you are the queen of chocoholics who had seen Belgian, Russian, etc. This one is a sometimes unassuming real good chocolate bar brought to the world by Cadbury. It has tiny bubbles within the chocolate and is so yummy that people fight for different parts of the bar. One very interesting ad that it has recently come out with is presenting the answer to a very flummoxing question, which is a battle between the right bar and the left.

They say, the Wispa is the perfect combination of the left bar and the right bar. And then you ask yourself as I have asked me the same question.

What's the difference?

Well, go see for yourself. Watch the video too.

To me, I prefer the center bar. And you bet it has that too.

*wink*

It's Friday. Have I mentioned that the hubs is out in one of those rare times that I'm not with him. He's with his co-workers on a farewell get together for one of them who's moving to a different job. I was out with them...the boys....all 7 of them last night, and that's good enough for me. I'm still man-burping as ever!

Am I sad, you ask?

I'm enjoying some ME time!

I'm watching Dr. Oz as I write this. In a few minutes, I will be finishing some of my articles -- some side job deadlines that give me extra dough for my wish list fund. Which is a Balenciaga bag, I'm kind of Chaneled out at this time. And deeper into the evening, I'm going to take out my Kindle and read to my heart's delight. I was supposed to clean the bathrooms, but it's Friday. Gimme a break!

You'll hear from me again, that's for sure. Meanwhile, let me check what's going on in the world of FB!

I've dealt with subjects on eyeglasses for so many times now, here and in my other blogs. I thought I'd mention them again because as I was browsing online, I landed at this optiboard with opticians discussing the increasing demand for a PD from customers.

What is PD?

It stands for Pupillary Distance -- the distance between pupils of the eyes, center to center, in Millimeters. This measurement is necessary for proper eyeglass fitment.

With the advent of online stores like Zenni's that offer high quality spectacles for really low prices, opticians are in a quandary as to whether they will supply the PD to the patients/customers and tolerate online eyeglass purchases or deny them of this salient information in an effort to stick to ethics in their practice.

I am in stumped myself because I will purchase an eyeglass online if I am in dire need of it and funds are low.

We are in this point when we have to make a lot of adjustments to our lifestyle, even to our health practices, in order to penny-pinch in this dwindling economic situation.

To me, as long as it works for us, the end will justify the means. We must be allowed to acquire our eyeglasses from any reputable store, be it online or not, at our own volition. We must be granted the information we need, such as the much required PD. Maybe for a minimal fee. Just as we cannot be denied treatment for any health issue (optical concerns included), we also cannot be denied of diagnostics as well. Especially those as basic as measurements. Opticians should "look" into that.

Hey dolls, it's not like I'm vying for the Ms. Bi-polar Crown or something, hitting the opposites of the spectrum, blogging about happy and unhappy stuff, from something as mundane as acne treatments to something hauntingly profound as Second Coming thoughts -- all within the span of an hour, or half.

And it's not as if I want to run as Mayor of Awesometown again, leaving a trail of public service information in my posts. But I do want to run as Mayor of Awesometown.

Or I'm just feeling really charitable and concerned right this minute.

I just ran into this website on drug alerts and I thought I'd echo the information because I believe that there are tons of medications in every household, with different family members dealing with a myriad of health issues here and there. I thought it might be prudent for all of us, especially the wives and moms, to be constantly up-to-date with drug recall information as warnings about safety hazards so we can take the necessary action before it's too late.

We can go back to our health provider so we can try other medications. Or simply stop and find alternatives if it's really going to put our bodies and health in more trouble and thus, preventing further injury. It also pays to look at the legal sides of it all.

Check out the website, dolls. And we, wifeys of the new millenium, will all be Mayors of Awesometown. Or Pleasantvilles where no one gets sick (or sicker) and everyone is singing and happy, and dancing in the sunshine.

I didn't mean to scare you, but are you prepared? But I just got reminded because I saw it on TV.

We all bump into this question especially when we see prophets out on the streets warning us about the Second Coming or the last days prophecy. It's like in a snap, or the wink of an eye, the world could come to an end and we will be caught offguard, with year upon year of our lives flashing before us, leaving us wondering if we've done good enough, too much, too little or none at all.

What really matters to you? Is it the size of your home or a fat bank account? How many dreams you've been able to achieve? How many travels you've made?

Or, will you be able to face the last days with your head held high believing that you are going to be saved, or that you indeed have already been saved. And as well as resting in the comforting thought that you've loved enough and forgave enough to merit heaven?

What really matters to you when you come face to face with Christ?

Last night, I went out with 7 men. Hahaha. Don't get me wrong. My beloved hubs was one of them. I had a blast killing the crab dishes with the guys. No outnumbered appetite here. They were so courteous and they fed me like I was one of them. So it's all good. Aside from the fact that since they needed to keep ranting about work and some co-workers (which they shared), I was on my seat with nothing else to contribute to the conversation except for an occasional loud chewing or man-burping. Just kidding. Suffice it to say, I focused on food. and I had a blast.

It's Friday. The hubs and the same pack, plus a whole lot more are going out again tonight as a farewell celebration for one of their co-workers who's leaving for greener pastures (not too far actually, just a different company, and geographical spot). I think I'm just going to stay home, catch up on some chores I've been slacking on since we left on a 5-day mini vacay last weekend. I also have 12 write-ups to submit. When it rains, it does pour. And to think that I've missed out on quite a few when I was on vacay.

I wrote a long (not exactly melodramatic but with emotional spikes) post on my Sublime Spirit site (click on the link/button on the right sidebar if you're curious -- that one with the Chucks LOL).

Now, on with some public service...

Have you heard about Accutane? I don't know if you're familiar with it the medication but Accutane or Isotretinoin is used to treat severe recalcitrant nodular acne which is a certain type of severe acne, which has not been helped by other treatments like antibiotics. If you've by any chance taken it, how do you feel about this medication? Have you seen any of their ads? What are the dangerous side effects? What are they? Do you know?

I guess the more important question is...have you suffered from side effects like: weak skin, Alopecia, depression, suicidal tendencies, birth defects, miscarriages, back pain, joint pain, dry mucus membranes, pink eye, dryness of the eye, vision problems, ringing in the ear, psychosis, liver damage, anaphylaxis, erectile dysfunction, aggressive behavior, bone loss, heart attack, stroke, seizures, lowered white blood cell count, inflammatory bowel disease, and allergic vasculitis.

If you or your loved ones have suffered from the aforementioned, you can fill out a case evaluation form for an accutane lawsuit. Click on the link I showed. I heard about the team of attorneys who has experiences specific to complications associated with Accutane and they not only can give you the legal guidance you need, they can help you get the compensation you deserve.

It might just be that much needed assistance that you've been longing for.

I'm back from our mini-vacay and I am reserving the details for some serious posts I'm going to make in my other blogsites. The trip indeed left me with a few profound thoughts and musings about life. Seriously!

But I'm back here (just in case you missed me, but I bet you did not!) and nonetheless, don't worry, I do have a lot of good things to share from now on. I've noticed that I've been talking gibberish the past couple of months, and you can blame that on being desperate to earn some extra bucks to fund a new item on my wish list. LOL. And help the hubs to pay for my stepdaughter's college tuition. Incidentally, I've learned a lot from the college orientation I just attended (as a parent) and will share them with you as I roll along in the days to come. They are very important things that parents must know, in preparation for their children's future.

But before the deep things, let's talk about the fun parts. I just followed Oxis on Twitter. It is a company that is the premiere provider for the potent antioxidant, Ergothioneine. They have a patented synthetic manufacturing process whichmakes them remain the only significant commercial source of pure l-ergothioneine worldwide.

Interested at what it is? If you like knowing things about anti aging, antioxidant, glutathione, penny stocks & free radical, follow them on Twitter like I just did!

About a year and a half ago, I explored an opportunity with this internet directory for local businesses. It didn't fly as hoped but I saw the potential for it. There are new ones sprouting and I thought I'd share this with you.

If you're a business owner, whether it's big or small, you might benefit from putting an ad in the Internet Yellow Pages. The customer should be able to do a search for whatever business they need to find and it will locate you by proximity. It is a good way to put an ad because of geolocation.
Even that small little brick and mortar barbershop benefits from enlisting at a Local business directory. Exposure is the key to success in business, especially if you really offer quality goods or services.

These directories make it convenient for the end customer to find the best business that will cater to his needs. Another plus, usually, is an efficient feedback or review service that will guide the customer in choosing the right one based on the experiences of others. It is a self-feeding machinery that benefits all parties.

To me, it is a win-win situation for all.

So, Memorial Day just passed, and soon we'll be celebrating the 4th of July. Recently, I just remembered the firemen of 9-11.

Heroes. I realized I've been talking about heroes. Who doesn't appreciate them? Whether they were soldiers wounded in battle or an ordinary civilian making a tiny difference in another person's life. We all, as the urban slang goes...."heart" heroes.

Whenever I see a show on television featuring our brave soldiers who are Purple Heart recipients, I can't help but shed a tear. For these are people who devoted themselves to saving the nation, and putting up a fight for what we collectively believe in. Usually, they are wounded for life, holding the remnants of their past battles in their hearts -- manifesting as psychological trauma and new battle scars and physical disabilities.

If you appreciate what they have done but know of no other way to give your thanks, you can be a hero in your own way by making car donations to the Purple Heart veterans. We can now donate car for this cause. There is an online non-profit that has recently opened its doors to the vehicle donations. Aside from giving food, shelter and mental support to disabled Veterans, this is another good way to show our support.

Wouldn't you like to be a hero in your own little way too?

Oh, I forgot.

One of the things that caught my attention last night was the feature about trying to rebuild on Ground Zero after the Twin Towers collapsed during that fateful day of 9/11.

They showed mobile cranes in action as they rebuild the place which is now going to be a memorial shrine for those who were victims of that national tragedy.

The last time I visited NYC was in 1993, when the Twin Towers were still standing proudly in the New York skyline. Though I have always wanted to visit Ground Zero, I've never had the chance. Perhaps, one day, once the memorial is built, we should be able to come and visit...and pay tribute to those whose lives were lost...especially to the firemen who risked their lives to save others they didn't even know personally.

I was up all night working on some projects last night and the Discovery Channel kept me company while the hubs was travelling in dreamland...

I'm amazed by they feature on everything that man has made through the thousand years like the pyramids of Egypt (can you imagine...diggers haven't been invented yet that time? How did they accomplish all those?).

I'm also impressed by those who made the worlds highest bridges and making them connect in the middle, 800 feet above the air. Truly amazing.

I wish that technology and human intellect will be able to get something done to the oil leak soon. I feel so sorry for the wildlife -- and that's affecting us eventually as well.

Privacy has so much been talked about lately with Facebook issues. I am inclined to believe that FB is changing society -- the way we interact and the way we handle sensitive information. With my blogs and all, I still value privacy. Inconsistent? Certainly not. I like my life to be an open book for people to learn from, but at the same time I do not wish for my information to be exploited and abused. I think that is what most people refer to as "privacy" these days. We let the world see everything about us, in fact, we yearn for an audience, yet we fear abuse from those unconsentious people who are bound to take advantage of what is available around. It's a difficult battle of choices.

Speaking of privacy, it is kind of funny because I realized today that I had forgotten to close my bathroom blinds shut as I was walking around. I think it's time to look aroudn for a Window Film and More so I can have more privacy from the neighbors in case I forget again. It was too funny this morning! But whoever saw me...it's their loss....not mine! LOL

I came from the the 8th Annual Mini Cooper of SF Rally, a benefit to raise funds for the widows and orphans of slain CHPs. This is my 5th one with them and I'm so proud!

Another special reason why today is such a special day is because my stepdaughter was finally able to join us. The scheduling was perfect. She's in town for a graduation party of her godbrother, and the rally was set on the same weekend.

We rode in a Mini going to Santa Cruz boardwalk...and after a series of missed and wrong turns, misleading a bunch of other convoying Minis that followed us, we made it to the beach and enjoyed the boardwalk amusements. I was also finally able to try the much-anticipated chocolate-covered bacon. Sad to say, I was a little disappointed as there was so much chocolate that it drowned the bacon flavor almost completely. It was just like rice crispy chocolates that's a little bit on the savory side.

As usual, we took a lot of pictures. We really enjoyed it because my stepdaughter and I have been lusting for Mini Coopers for a while now. But we're not putting too much pressure on the hubs. Besides, I drive an old BMer that still runs like a champ....and steppie's about to receive her first car from us (and her other set of parents) for her graduation. We have a spare Honda Civic at home too, but it needs work on the head gasket. We found a good deal on a used Saturn and that's what we're giving to steppie as a graduation present starter car. So hush, hush....she doesn't know yet (and I hope she doesn't read this). The Saturn still looks good. Being a used car, I worry that there will be some issues that might be a headache for our beginning driver once in a while, but the hubs is inspecting everything...if ever, it will be nothing that Los Angeles Auto Repair cannot fix.

I am still feeling the heat of the day on my body despite a cold shower. And I'm about to fall asleep. That's all for today.

Til tomorrow!

A few more days and it's officially SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have summer activities and programs lined up for your kids already?

I hope so!

Video games have taken over and because of that, children are participating in fewer physical activities. Too early to end up assuming a sedentary lifestyle, don't you think? With only the fingers moving on a game controller, with the rest of the body vegetating and channeling a retired/not yet retired pot-bellied internet-surfing couch potato. Too early in my opinion. Too early to start aspiring for unhealthy bodies when they are at the peak of their energy bursts and physical potential.

Not only that, do you realize how unhealthy the impact is on social development as well? While growing up, one shouldn't just be expected to develop mentally or intellectually, but there must be strong emphasis made on physical as well as social development. That is what make future well-rounded individuals who will be mature and responsible enough to lead the world, and take care of they own selves and their peers when the time comes.

You may check out the rec centers near you for martial arts, dance, swimming and other sports. Come school time, this will be taken care of by the coordinated school health program such as the PEP grant 2010 and Spark PE.

An active body and a busy lifestyle training will arm the kids with the strength and discipline necessary for the rigors of real life eventually. And the social interaction makes them better people...better friends. The health bonus is a plus too. And when the mind is occupied with something productive, that translates to the physical well-being, the person develops a good focus in life and sticking to a productive schedule instead of being swayed by bad habits and vices.

It's all for the welfare of our children. Surely, the sacrifices of shuttling them from one physical activity to another will pay off in the future. It will help us adults keep moving too.
