I was needin' some ALOHA so I decided to make some!

Here's some easy peasy comfort food originally from Hawaii. And since my toothache came back, generous servings of gravy helped a lot!

    Hi Binx, it's called the Loco Moco. Very easy dish to make. Rice, burger patties, brown gravy and over-easy eggs. I know I put the recipe when I posted it but it I placed it under the pic, I think my iPhone didn't catch it. Weird. I'll add it tonight! It's still in my sent items haha

    @Toni: Okay lang, you're still young. when you get married...things will change, especially if your husband's source of joy is eating a hot homecooked meal after a very tiring day!
